We offer free shipping on all orders within the US.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and your order will be handled within 1–3 working days from the order date, then shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Yes! You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. To cancel, please send an email to info@clairemonroe-newyork.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after this time has passed.

When doing so, include your order number, photos of the affected items, and any relevant details as soon as you receive your parcel. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All refunds are issued via the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 working days after we receive your return or cancellation request.
